Issued decisions:
– Giza Criminal Court set the February 23, 2019 hearing to pronounce the verdict in the retrial procedures of 30 defendants into the case known as “The Cabinet incidents”. 
– The State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of satirical blogger Islam al-Refaai, aka “Khorm”, for 15 days pending Case 441/2018 State Security.
– The State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of human rights lawyer Sayed al-Banna for 15 days pending Case 621/2018 State Security.
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 30 defendants in the case known as “ISIS Alexandria” for the December 18 hearing.
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 45 defendants in the case known as “High Pressure Towers Bombing Cell” for the January 12, 2019 hearing.
– Al-Montazah Prosecution ordered the detention of human rights lawyer Mohamed Ramadan for 15 days pending Case 16576/2018 Montazah, on charges of joining a terrorist group, promoting its views and inciting to protest.
